From the passion of Carmen to the enchantment of Sleeping Beauty, our professional company brings world-class ballet to the Jersey Shore. Six fully-staged productions featuring internationally acclaimed dancers performing classics and daring original works choreographed by Phyllis Papa.
Since 1982
Founded by International Ballerina Phyllis Papa, the Atlantic City Ballet serves as a prime artistic resource to the residents of Atlantic City and the surrounding areas. The company consists of professional dancers from around the world who have earned national acclaim for their technical expertise and exuberant stage presence.
Although their home base is Historic Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, the Ballet performs in theaters all along the east coast and across the country. Their repertoire of original works includes classics such as A Midsummer Night's Dream, Sleeping Beauty, and Swan Lake.

ACBT Performing Arts Academy
The official school of Atlantic City Ballet offers classes for children through pre-professional dancers. Founded in 1999 by Phyllis Papa, the Academy's students have gone on to join professional companies in Europe, Asia, South America, and across the United States.
